"Hot pilates ... brought my Bikram practice to the next level."
"My increased leg strength from pilates has helped me to engage and lock my standing leg and has allowed me to sit deeper in both eagle and awkward pose. I’ve also noticed that my back is no longer sore, and I have no doubt this is because of all the core strengthening exercises from pilates. I had no idea how much I was using my back to compensate for a weak core! The HIIT portion of the hot pilates class has totally strengthened my lungs and now I can breathe deeper, longer, and fuller for the entire 90 minutes of Bikram. All around I have more stamina, more strength, and better balance. It’s truly amazing and I feel so much more satisfied with my practice." - Stephanie |

"It's the best workout I've ever had, and at 70 that's saying a lot."
"It's the best workout I've ever had, and at 70 that's saying a lot. The Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates work together perfectly. I sweat, groan and couldn't do without it. Besides, I love hearing my physicians say 'Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.' "I've been practicing for five years now and the combination is giving me everything I'm seeking as an active, aging adult: balance, strength, flexibility, challenge, cardio... and compared to other ways of getting all those things...very low impact. Plus, I get to mix it up with different classes. What's not to love?" - Lee |

"The Yin class will help open your body physically and emotionally, promoting ... healing."
"Surprisingly, Yin Yoga accelerates my Bikram practice and now I incorporate both classes in my routine. The Yin class will help open your body physically and emotionally promoting the healing needed for anyone at any level. I'm happy to report my Bikram practice has improved 100%. "Yin classes are always enjoyable. Since Yoga Sol started Yin, I’ve hardly missed a class. Not only is Andrea a fantastic practitioner, she is an excellent teacher, instilling a love for yoga. I highly recommend anyone looking to improve their overall practice and well being to attend a Yin." - Craig |
