Do you have an urge to teach?

Tucson Yoga Sol is holding a 3-day intensive Teacher Training in Hot Pilates + HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This training prepares participants with all of the basic tools you need to plan and lead a class.

During the training, you will:

• learn some of the history of Joseph Pilates
• find out how HIIT evolved
• learn about basic anatomy related to teaching
• learn how to design and sequence a class
• learn about class timing and how to effectively use a timer
• learn about the importance of music
• learn about exercises and modifications
• attend a posture clinic for students
• learn how to be an effective teacher

​Trainees also receive an illustrated posture manual with many of the standard postures and modifications.

Details:

The training will be held at the Tucson Yoga Sol studio on Oracle Road in Tucson. Training begins at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 12th and completes at 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 14th.
