Warm Flow is also based on a vinyasa style practice where the student learns to connect breath with movement. Devotional chanting, pranayama (breath control), and dhyana (centering) opens the class, then warming up with a series of Surya Namasakar (Sun Salutations), and building strength with a combination of standing, balancing, and backbending asanas (poses) moving towards savasana (final relaxation). The room is warmed to 85 degrees and this class is open to all levels. Combining these elements of body/mind/spirit with great music and hands on adjustments will leave you feeling complete and balanced!
