Inferno Pilates Workshop

This 1 hour 15 minute intro workshop is based on Pilates and Tabata (HIIT.) The first half of class we will walk you through exercises to strengthen glutes, abs, side body, back body enhanced by Pilates principals. These exercises are a safe way to strengthen and identify small muscles that support our larger ones.
The 2nd half of class, we rev up the heart and metabolism with clinically proven High Intensity Interval training. This workout is also based on yoga principals where our breath is our fuel and focus as well as attention to alignment and body parts. Come join the fun and learn more about Pilates, Tabata, your strength and perseverance! |
Forrest Yoga Workshop

Come join us for this 1 hour 15 minute workshop that combines flow and holds while building strength, breath and core. In this Forrest Yoga inspired class, you will get strong and centered and connected to your core and spirit. The longer holds in the intense pose sequences help you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell. The class does not require strength or flexibility, only a willingness to learn how to feel into your body.

Pilates Workshop

Join Megan Craft for our Pilates workshop, a room temperature mat Pilates class. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, your concentration, stamina and balance. Our workshop will focus on the basics of Pilates: breathing, alignment, flow, and control.
